We’ve Been happy with Idaho Orthodontics, we’ve been bringing three children to them for several years as well as me having my own set of braces myself. They are kindly considerate to each child and super fun to work with. The best part is how they make sure that each kid is super comfortable with their treatments.

Idaho Orthodontics have placed braces on three of my kids and have done an amazing job. They go out of the way to make you feel welcome and cared for as a patient.

They were friendly, professional, and my daughter's teeth look great. It was wonderful that they come once a month to Soda Springs so we didn't have to travel for most of my daughter's appointments.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I appreciate they know we have busy lives and do their best to get us in and out.

My entire family gets treated here. I have four kids being seen for basic orthodontics, my wife for a complicated TMJ case, and I go for some retainer stuff. This is not only a great practice, but one of the best run businesses around. Dr. McMinn and Dr. Brown are excellent. All staff are helpful, welcoming and kind. They are effective and do a nice job. The prices are very fair and well-explained. Every experience I've had in the building has been positive for my family and myself.

Idaho Orthodontics was the perfect place for mother-daughter dates, where my daughter and I both giggled and “fhajrntb”-ed over conversation and then cried over sore teeth together afterward. Great environment (both locations!), great staff, and I came out with a great smile. Could there be any better orthodontist in Pocatello/Chubbuck? Nay.

Heather up front took care of scheduling like a champ and Shayla handled all the finance paperwork quickly and efficiently. Dr Jeff and Dr. Elliot are both stand up guys and easy to work with. Idaho Orthodontics is the best!! Dr. McMinn and Dr. Brown and all of their staff are super friendly and knowledgable. We have been to the Pocatello, Blackfoot and Chubbuck offices and everyone there is amazing. I love the way they send out reminder texts and email invoices, they're super easy to work with. All 3 of my kids are currently in braces, and Idaho Orthodontics takes great care of each of them. They are super helpful when we need a quick appointment, they explain the process clearly every step of the way, and are giving my kids gorgeous smiles! 🩷

I have two kids going to Idaho Orthodontics and so far we have had a great experience. One kid is almost done with his braces and the other one just started. All the employees are super nice and very good with kids. Every time we had to fix a bracket or had some issues with the braces we got an appointment at the same day we called and got it fixed. They’re also being very good at working with a payment plan that works for us.

Everyone is so kind. We are seen pretty close if not right when our appointment was set for. I feel comfortable asking questions, and I am informed what the next steps are. My daughter's teeth are looking amazing. I will definitely be back for my other kids when they need to get braces.

My teeth going in were absolute garbage! I was really freaked out when my dad said he wanted me to get braces because of all the stereotypes, but I can assure you, the journey was far from scary!Getting my braces on was a breeze about three years ago. The staff there answered all of my questions, as I am a very curious person. Im happy that there weren't any surprises going in.All of the brushing supplies, except for the toothpaste, was absolutely free so I was never worried about maintenance. All of my checkups were easy and short. They would always schedule an appointment when I had time. I never missed school or work! After checkups every 8 weeks over the period of three years (I extended it longer than two years because I suck at wearing bands), my teeth are damn near perfect.Because I failed to wear the bands, which in retrospect weren't a big deal, My center line was off by a millimeter. Dr. Brown said that if I had the patience they could get my perfect literally perfect. I said I just wanted them off, and they promptly removed them easily with no pain. They took some impressions and I was to meet them the next day to collect my retainers. The bottom one fit perfectly, but the top one had some issues. They simply scanned my top teeth with a high tech camera and that new retainer would be sent out to me soon!All in all, Idaho Orthodontics are really talented and professional at their craft. I have never had a bad experience, or even slight discomfort while visiting both locations. All of the staff are experts and really friendly. I highly recommend this place! A thousand thanks to them for fixing my smile!! :)

We have 2 girls in braces, and we have loved the doctors and staff here! They are so welcoming, and always remember my daughters' names and what's going on in their lives. They are great at explaining treatment, and have been so supportive through the whole process. I plan to bring my other two kids here as well for their braces

Our family absolutely loves this orthodontic team! About 10 years ago, I was seeing a different orthodontist who wanted to take my braces off, but I just didn’t feel like my teeth were quite there yet. I decided to get a second opinion, and I’m so glad I did. This office recommended keeping them on a bit longer (about 2 more years), and they completely took over my treatment. The results were amazing, and the care I received was a night-and-day difference from my previous experience.Now my daughter is going here too, and they’ve been just as wonderful with her. Everyone is so kind, patient, and accommodating—it honestly makes such a difference. I’ll definitely be bringing my other two kids here when it’s their turn, and even my husband is starting with them soon (funny enough, he saw the same original orthodontist I did!).We’ve had nothing but great experiences and truly trust this team with our family’s smiles.
